Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, different contact details, or different payment methods — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. ap8 uses identity verification systems to detect duplicate registrations; accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances therein may be forfeited.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
ap8 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage of your account's lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ap8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or allow any other person to place wagers on your behalf through your account.
ap8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You should use a unique password for your ap8 account that is not used for any other online service. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify ap8 support.
ap8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential, except to the extent that such losses result from ap8's own negligence or breach of its security obligations. ap8 reserves the right to suspend your account if unusual activity is detected, pending security verification.
ap8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB), and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your ap8 MYR wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds.
ap8 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits — including those from family members — are prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by ap8 compliance. Deposits made from third-party sources may be refunded and the account restricted pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your legal name and previously used to deposit funds into your ap8 account, subject to ap8's withdrawal processing policies. ap8 reserves the right to route withdrawals to the original deposit method and to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
ap8 will use reasonable endeavours to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for amounts up to RM 5,000. Larger amounts may require additional processing time. ap8 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
ap8 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Currency conversion charges do not apply to MYR-denominated withdrawals to Malaysian payment methods.
ap8 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. ap8 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, freeze accounts pending investigation, and cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory enquiry. Gaming platforms must not be used to launder funds; any attempt to do so constitutes a criminal offence.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general principles below apply to all ap8 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance within your ap8 wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions for each bonus are stated in the specific promotion's terms.
ap8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational play only. Using multiple accounts, organised syndicate play, or any technique designed to exploit bonus offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
ap8 reserves the right to limit or withhold a promotional offer from any player where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player is engaging in abuse or acting in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
All wagers placed on ap8 are final once confirmed. ap8 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, feed error, human error, or pricing error has occurred, and to return the staked amount to the player's account. ap8 also reserves the right to void wagers placed on events that were cancelled, postponed, or otherwise could not be settled in the normal course.
For sportsbook wagers, settlement rules applicable to each market type are detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the ap8 platform. In the event of ambiguity, ap8's decision on settlement shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
ap8 sets minimum and maximum wager limits per game, per market, and per player. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface and may be adjusted by ap8 at any time without prior notice. ap8 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ap8 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
ap8 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the ap8 platform — including but not limited to software, game graphics, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface design — is owned by or licensed to ap8 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ap8 content without prior written authorisation from ap8. Unauthorised use of ap8 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.
ap8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; court order or regulatory directive; or if ap8 determines it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
You may close your ap8 account at any time by contacting customer support. On account closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ap8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ap8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ap8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
ap8 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ap8 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
